Terms & Conditions for Instructor-Led Live Online Training Program
 

1. Introduction

  • Welcome to our live online training program. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Registration and Payment

  • All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.

  • Full payment of the program fee is required prior to the commencement of the training unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payment methods and deadlines will be communicated during the registration process.

3. Access to the Program

  • Program access details, including live online meeting links and session schedules, will be provided to participants upon successful registration and payment.

  • Participants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and ensuring they are not shared with others.

4. Attendance and Participation

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions unless prior notice of absence is provided.

  • Active participation in discussions, activities, and assignments is encouraged to maximize learning outcomes.

  • The program reserves the right to record sessions for quality and training purposes.

5. Program Materials

  • All training materials provided during the program are proprietary and for personal use only.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of program materials without written consent is prohibited.

6. Technical Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connectivity to participate in the training.

  • The program is not liable for technical issues arising from participant equipment or internet failure.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least one day prior to the start of the program may qualify for a full or partial refund, subject to an administrative fee.

  • No full refunds will be issued once the program has started. Participants may qualify for a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the number of sessions attended.

  • The program reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session or the entire program. In such cases, participants will be offered suitable alternatives or a full refund.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during sessions.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content delivered during the program, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and exercises, is the intellectual property of the program provider.

  • Participants may not copy, record, or distribute program content without prior authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The program is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the provider makes no guarantees regarding the results participants may achieve.

  • The provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

11. Privacy Policy

  • Participant information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Session recordings, if any, will be used strictly for internal purposes or shared with participants upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

  • The program reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
